I have brought this tv in April 2017. From then to today I have facing to much problem with this tv because of its poor costomer support and also for its installation. After calling Panasonic customer care for installation, they send engineer after 7 days later to installation of the television.
Now to the point of video quality, it’s a HD ready television for this the video quality of hd channel is good and enjoyable but the other normal channels are not so clear. I don’t know that what type of meterial is used to make the surface of the screen but it’s really reflect too many lights when I switch on the bulb or tube light. Sounds is good but I think the sound is not HD ready because its not so clear to compare with hd sound.
I brought this tv on a price of 13000rs. on the basis of the video quality and the screen size, I observed that the price range for this television is slightly higher. Also the problem it’s create is more higher then the price. It is a big problem for me.
