We have a Cake Shop and to beat the cream a blender is required. We usually buy Philips Hand Blender but this time the executive at Snehanjali suggested us Panasonic one as he said it is better than Philips one. He showed us the display piece and we liked the look and bought the blender. We needed an extra blender for Christmas and New Year as that at period of time we get a lot of orders. It worked fine for four days and suddenly it stopped working. There was a particular odor like something is burnt. We went to Senhanjali as kept our query. He said motor is burnt due to heat and we have to pay 700 rupees for it as motor is not included in warranty. We got the same message from Panasonic consumer care when contacted them. We said its been only four days and we haven’t used it for long time. In four days, maximum four hours we used it. We use Philips one for like three to four hours a day. But they didn’t entertain us and said it was out fault. We had no option and bought Philips one again.
