Last year my Parents bought a Panasonic refrigerator NR BT263SSX1. it was working fine until june13. Suddenly we noticed that cooling is not proper and logged a complaint with the customer care on Saturday 8th june. next day a technician came to inspect it and told us that there could be some gas leakage. he said he will come next day to fix it. after that day nobody has came to fix it.
We have constantly called the the technician on his number 9300447769 but each time he came up with different excuses. even when I checked the status of my complaint it was completed and closed. The issue is still there and how could they can close the complaint. this is very very disappointing. I believed Panasonic to be one of the best home appliance maker but they have the worst service. I would never recommend Panasonic in future.
