Worst Service from Panasonic - 22 inch LED TV

Want to share one of my  worst ongoing Service experience with Panasonic.(Case Number 040541) .  Last October I had bought a 22 inch LED which went faulty on 7th Oct 2014. After logging a case on 8th Oct, the authorised Service center guy attended the call and found problem with the board and since the TV was still under warranty he suggested for whole TV unit  replacement. He informed Panasonic accordingly.


But From that date, Panasonic has not even cared to resolve this call . I have been wasting my time and money just to get an update on the date for replacement. Till date the guys at Panasonic have been giving me false assurance but no commitment on the date for replacement. This is the worst Service I have experienced with any brand.


I had trusted this brand in spite of other good brands available in market, only because I have one 32 inch  Panasonic LCD TV which is working fine from last 5 years .


But this time I got a chance to experience their Service and guys trust me this is one of the worst Service providing brand. They will keep you giving false assurance.


I don’t understand why so many days are needed just for a 22 inch LED replacement. I am now doubting their processes which I am sure are not at all in place.


How do they expect someone to stay without TV for 25 days. This shows that they are careless.


Now I feel like telling them to arrange for a pick up of this TV for free so that I can buy some other trusted brand.
