I bought 2 Tata Indica’s from this dealer. One was the Diesel DLE (Red) and the other was the Indica Petrol LSi (Amethyst Blue) 75 bhp car. Both the times the entire process of buying till the delivery of the car was pathetic. The sales guys knew nothing about the car. No one could explain me any of the features. I bought those cars as I trusted the TATA name.
I truly believe that the product was selling by itself. Do these Sales people really understand what marketing or selling means?? The first car was delivered to me at 6:00 pm when I wanted it at 2:00 pm. Reason given was Pre-delivery Inspection is not done. The second car was delivered to me in time when I asked for it but the car AC was not working. When enquired they mentioned that this time the PDI was done in time just for me!! But then if it was done then how come they did not know that the AC was not working??
Completely obnoxious!! Surprisingly they never called me later even once to know whether everything was ok? God saved me afterwards as I had a good friend in the servicing department who helped me throughout!
