Last year we went on a trip to Delhi for our honeymoon. We had booked a room in Panicker’s guest house and had also booked 2 of their package tour. 1 was a local sight seeing trip and other was a 2 day trip to Jaipur - Agra- Mathura. From the time we checked in the guest house till the moment we left from delhi there was not a thing we would like to complain about this trip. The buses they arranged were comforatable. The guides were knowledgable and very professional. On our local sight seeing trip we also had a camera man who took some excellent snaps of us in front of historical monuments like Qutub Minar, Redfort, Lotus Temple and Indian Parliament. Of course we had to pay 30 Rs per photo but the quality of the snaps were excellent.
To tell you about our trip to Jaipur Agra and Mathura the arrangements were really good. The food and stay arranged were comfortable . The guide was knowledgable regarding the Jaipur Fort, City Palace, Taj Mahal and Mathura Shrikrishna Temple
2 of the things that delighted me during this trip was most of the ppl were keralites who had come to enjoy the Onam holidays and this trip was on Thiruonam day. So they did arrange a Onam sadhya for us that afternoon. Also banana chips were distributed in the bus.
Second was on the day of return after our last stop at Mathura we heard that bomb blasts had occured in Delhi. It was Sep 12 2008. But the guide assured us during the entire trip telling us that there is nothing to worry. Even while someone throw a stone at the window of the bus the driver didn’t stop and yes they did manage to land us safely in delhi. Also they ensured that a restuarent was open in the near vicinity of Panicker’s office so that we could have the dinner.
Considering the service provided I would suggest their rates are fine and would recommended their packages to anyone touring Delhi.
