I visited in ’’Big Bazar’’, Saket, New Delhi and pantaloon, pune. When I was planning to shift from delhi to Pune, I went Big Bazar for Purchasing. Nearby all of the things I found there. Customer service representatives are helpful. I found the variety in T-shirts, shirts, jeans and trousers.
Big bazar was offering discounts in many products so I found many things in rational prices. When I return back to the home, I found one Tie was missing and size of one shirt was more than required. I called to customer care number. They said me to come tommorrow and collect your Tie and exchange the shirt. Also they had given me a particular time to come their. Everything was well organised. Prices was so reasonable in Big Bazar.
Ladies stuff was also available there. Cosmetics, perfumes and many things but I am unable to tell you more about that. Also there is enough stuff available for kids.
Generally Pantaloon offers good discounts in occassions. The group is controlled by Kishore Biyani and his expansion plans looklike realistic. Food bazar of pantaloon retail is also start revenue generation.
