You should always check the bottle when you are using something new to make sure that there is nothing in it that you may be allergic to.
Directions:
Put a little bit of this shampoo in the middle of your palms and rug together. (you do not need too much)
You do not need to repeat the steps with this shampoo as one washing does fine. It works well on permed and color treated hair. This is important to me as I have both.
