On Facebook today I saw an ad of PaperBoat which bought back my childhood memories. I then thought of exploring what is the story and facts behind PaperBoat.


Four friends in 2011 started a Beverages business as “Hector Beverages” in Gurgaon and expanded to Bangalore and Delhi.


PaperBoat is into business of Beverages of traditional Indian juices. Their marketing strategy is unique and with emotional content. They have gained a lot of popularity in last few years mainly the way they have marketed and branded their products, they have a target audience for their product and know how to attract them.


The marketing strategy involves around storytelling and their main consumers are age group of 20 to 40. Their Brand philosophy “Life still is beautiful” has huge fan following in social media platforms Facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc.


Let us see what is their core product, they launched the drinks in variety of flavours like Kokkum, Jamun, golgappe ka pani, aam ras, jaljeera and more. As their drink’s flavour suggest they have bought all the traditional Indian drinks which every Indian can relate to. Also they have priced their products in a reasonable rate.


They also have a tie-up with Indigo -Airlines to sell their products to passengers. Paper Boat has utilized social media very well to brand their product. Over the period of time Paper Boat has created a good customer base who not only enjoy the drink but also love the nostalgia moments shared.
