I went for an official trip to Mangalore and stayed at Paradise Isle. I would recommend NOT GOING TO THIS HOTEL!!!!
For a food bill of INR 2900, they charged three times on my credit card. I didnt realise this because I was using a different SIM and didnt receive the SMS alert from my credit card company. When I realised this later, I called them up and they assured me that they will look into the matter and asked me to send them scanned copies of the bill and the credit card statement.
I have been following up with them on phone/mail for the past 6 months but no response from them. I am out of the country for some time now so couldnt pursue the matter further..However I would recommend that please do not go to this place, , not only does the food suck.. but they will charge you 2-3 times for the same..
