The movie is made-up like a documentary I guess following the popular trend set-up by the Blair Witch Project.
To make things real and natural, the cast is of 2 fresh debutants and they retain their original names too in the movie.
The director took around and year to make the haunted house complete with wooden floorings, swings and pool.
There are no monstrous faces and no bizarre special effects but the movie get to absolutely chilled by fear.
As the movie is shot by a sort of personal video camera it looks absolutely real and the horrific occurrences too look real.
You get easily absorbed in the movie and start believing that things are for real, thanks to no background score or movie-like melodrama.
There are some real good techniques that have been used to scare the hell out of you.like the camera suddenly going blank, the struggle of the actors in the dark.
Although no ghost whatever can be seen the growling, noise of footsteps on the stairs and other such stuff get u the creeps.
The scariest part of the movie happens to be the time when the girl is possessed and the violence that follows.
Even after the movie ends, it haunts you and people have said to have trouble sleeping too.
It’ not a movie meant for people looking forward to see mutilated faces and monsters.
It’s altogether a different genre of horror movie and takes the viewer to a different level of experience.
