The film is directed by prosit roy and features anushka sharma in the lead role supported by parambrata chatterjee and rajat kapoor.
Professor qasim ali ( rajat) is an exorcist who tries to destroy the satan by killing children of woman belonging to irfit ( satan) .
Arnabh ( parambrata) and piyali ( ritabhari chakraborthy) are married to each other in an arranged marriage .later , Rukshana ( Anushka) who belongs to irfit takes shelter in Arnab ( parambrata) s home. They are attracted to each other and rukshana is pregnant now .rukshana is going to deliver a baby soon.but the professor qasim enters their lives and the rest forms the plot.
The houses are very dark and setup the require atmosphere for a horror film.the ghost has several variations .the film has its scary moments but the uneven and cliched narration makes it a disappointment.
Performance of anushka is good amd they justify their roles well. Parambrata does well in his role.rajat kapoor is excellent .
Background music is decent and elevates few horror scenes.
