And then my wife angrily declared ARE YOU GOING TOTAKE ME OUT THIS WEEKEND OR NOT !!! her expression & her proximity towards JHARU both made me think only one thing :Should I die now or after that weekend ?...but then I had no choice but die after that weekend because Sunday night some TV channel was going to screen some not so famous movie of Bipahsa Basu (what is in a name as long as Bips is there ), lets die on Monday morning by the hand of my project manager . So , to save my skin & sould & also thirst to see Bips , we decided to go to a restaurant in C.P, called PARIKRAMA .This one is one the top floor of ANTARIKSHA BHAVAN & called the first & highest revolving restaurant in India though I am sure you yourself start revolving after seeing the price for menus .So we settled down at a cosy corner , it was dark outside & bit dark inside also as if they are trying save electricity by putting dim lights all over . Me & my wife are ardent fan of Chinese food, so we ordered wanton soup, Hakka noodle, Sichuan chicken, canton fried rice ( Hey ! I can see ur mouth already filled with water) & few other items ! Whenever I go to any restaurant , I try to speak proper English with proper British accent, even in GAUTAMs sudh sakahari Dhaba also. But here , my accent became so British that waiter could not make it out what I am speaking , it seems they are more comfortable with Hindi .so , suggestions for all not knowing Hindi people , keep HOW TO SPEAK HINDI IN TWO MINUTES with you when you go to this restaurant , specially British people . The stage or the floor was revolving slowly , so the things which are static goes & comes again & again . Thats why a guy who run a long way to find the bathroom which was very close to him few minutes back !!! So , we finished eating while sometimes seeing the outside which sometimes changes to BCL bulding or to RASHTRAPATI BHAVAN . & last but never the least came the bill which was payed by my credit card , tips were given inside , irrespective of what my wife says , I ate a lot of sweet suparees as a mouth freshner . That evening was good , enjoyed being there , so my friends ! you may check it out if you are in Delhi , but dont foget that HINDI learning book ! Happy eating !!!!
