I happened to watch Parineeta after many years again and was mesmerised by the movie and propelled to write a review:) Pradeep Sarkar - what a director, everything is in place.
Such a beautiful delicate love story which various charachters.
*there is innocent friendship, there is pure love, there is infatuation, there is attraction, then there is jealousy, there is hatred, there is cheating in business deal.*
Overall there is a cocktail of emotions and it leaves you utterly satisfied. Vidya Balan’s 1 st movie and she is HIT. Good acting by Saif, Sanjay Dutt and all others are perfect in their roles.
*Want to specially mention - RAIMA SEN.she leaves a mark in a short and sweet role of a bubble young girl.what talent!*
And of course the complicated stages of relationship between a man and a woman.
Its all about TRUST and Unconditional Love!
How can I forget MUSIC -
Lovely songs apt for the old times of India.
Music, lyrics is perfect.
Backdrop and sets are perfect for the old times.
The movie remains with you for a longgg time.
