Ive been to Paris several times.
CDG can be a Pain for the pepople travelling to France for the first time.
It is made beautiful and all, but the architect totally messed up on the trasportation from one terminal to another.
Look at the airport in Atlanta, USA. its awesome! The way they handle it is so cool.
The difference is that Atlanta came up with a underground automated Train system while CDG came up with a Bus System.
(btw you can see the Eiffel Tower as your plane lands..some cool pilots do announce it and if you ask the hostess they will let u know when u can see it).
It is <HIGHLY LIKELY> that you will end up taking the wrong bus. And once you do, you will atleast end up wasting 1hr as you would not know until the end that you did take teh wrong bus.
All though the people are co-operative, the system of changing terminals is highly faulty!
Once you are in teh airport, it is not bad. Pretty open with a lot of skylight,
it wont get you tired.
There are many Cafes, and if you are in Paris, do not forget to have a Haagez Dazs icecream! It totally gets me high ;)
With few shopping malls in the airport, you can easily pass 2-3 hours wait (if u have one).
So bottomline Make sure you are in the RIGHT bus when changing terminals
Rest things should work out smoothly.
Have a great trip.
