Once i had some official work in Chennai and didnt get hotel by that time as it was a peak time. My situation is in such a way that i have to reach Chennai tonight and to stay i need a Hotel. My friend recommended Park Avenue and my room was booked. That was my first time with Park Avenue and i was feeling bit uncomfortable before reaching but welcome address itself impressed me a lot. Very friendly natured people who treated as their family member and gave comfort zone. Room was so near and clean which impressed me a lot and im seriously satisfied with the service they provided. Immediate response given by their service people. Now a days i prefer Park Avenue first if i need to stay in Chennai. Ambience was pleasant as well.
