In presentation they give promises for 4 and 5 star properties....
After take membership
On first booking : start the problems for booking.....
Many times Call but not received...
After chargeback they give me a good property and service assurance......
On second booking : same problems start
Phone calls phone calls but not received by them....
No response by them.....
They give me just one option only.....but not 4 star or not 5 star....
And they told that this is the only option.....
Now i will take action about this......
