There are lot of incidents happened with TCS buses in chennai which are provided by parveen travels.. one day a bus driver(TN22 0099, TCS bus Number - 10) misbehaved with me and I called up their complaint number, they told that TCS buses wont be taken care by them and hanged up..
Who shud I complain then?
Every now and then I see these big corporate buses doing accidents. some years back even killed a small boy in shollingnallur..
i feel RTO shud enforce special rules, speed limits for these corporate buses and main thing is these bus drivers shud be controlled properly and taught a lesson so that they wont fight with public.
Even TCS employees wont be safe if bus drivers behave like this... TCS employees might thing that their rash drivings will help them to reach their office fast, but it is harmful to them also if the bus meets with an accident. I am writing this as am not in a position to stop this.. if someone reading this from TCS or Parveen Travels can react on this before more harm is caused to the public.
