HI guys, I would like to share my experience on parveen travels. this is worst travel that I have ever seen. last month
I booked 4 tickets for my family members from chennai to hyderabad. and I booked the seats on 1st two rows . they said that pickup locaton on a day before to come to chennai koyambedu bus stop. and they said that bust will start at 10.pm . we reached before on time. and they alloted seats on back rows . I complaint that I booked my seats on 1st two rows not in back. but there is no proper response from tour guide . and finally said that adjust to sit in back rows. finally we adjusted. then the bus starts at 11.30 pm . one and a half hour delay . I thought that its a super fast bus. but it was wrong .and the most worst part of travels is they stop ac on mid night . the passengers who sleep got very hurt. all passengers said that to switch on ac and again there is no proper response . tour operator said that ac is got repaired. really its a very worst travel. they said that we reached hyderabad at 7.30am. instead of 7.30am we reached at 9.30am . and they did not provide any food and water. and they did not stop at proper restaurant also . ladies got so upset . compared to other travels they are charging more money to the passengers and passengers did not satisfied too. I decided not to travel anymore in parveen travels so when I reach hyderabad I left over the bus. we stayed heyderabad in 3 days . in 3 days we contact a call taxi to saw a amazing places in hyderabad and after 3 days while returning chennai . I booked the ticket in red bus travels charging less money compared to parveen travels. and provide proper food and the bus starts on time with full ac bus . while returning we enjoyed a travel in red bus.
so friends I strongly recommend you to not to travel any more in parveen travels.
