100 marks to director, Another 100 for the producer who have encouraged and trusted the script and the director. 100 marks for everyone who acted in this movie. None are veterans and all look to be first timers. But they have done a fabulous job and another 100 marks for the director who made these first timers perform. What a movei this turned out to be. I was very much reluctant to go for this movie as the trailer was not impressive at all. I thought this was another love story of a village which we have been off late bombared with by the Tamil film industry as like every alternate one turns out to be one in the likes of. Subramaniyapuram, Poo, Seval, Kungamapoovum Konjumpuravum etc.
This for sure is definitely different and is rocking. Pity the producer as he hasnt done his promotion well and this film would for sure go down the ratings and revenue generation just like Kattradhu Thamizh.
Family bonding, thoughts of 7 to 11 year olds, attitudes of teachers, what kids see and learn from their parents, teachers, surroundings( good, bad, wanted and unwanted), influence of tamil films on kids( not crribbing or complaining as tamil films are really good compared to other languages:-))
Must see for all ages. The characters of Anbu and Jeeva are beautifully penned and made live on screen by the director. This guy should do more films in this like.
Sun TV should buy films like this and if they would have done the marketing of this film this would have been the biggest hit. instead they are wasting their time on movies like Masilamani, Kathalil Vizhundhen etc etc.
