Patanjali Atta Noodles are made by the famous, Baba Ramdev.Had first seen his manufacturing plant on U tube, all being made in India and vegetarian. Just wanted to try his new product, compared to other brands.
Patanjali noodles costs Rs.15/- for a 70 gram pack. Of course same kind of packaging, easy to prepare but tastier than Maggi.
Patanjali Noodles are made from Wheat Flour and Rice Bran Oil. Tasty and has an appetizing aroma -no greasy texture.Enjoying them since a few months now.
The Seasoning Mix contents are a mixture of spices- cloves, onion. garlic, corriander, red chillie and turmeric powders, dehydrated Carrots, Beans, Whole green Peas, Soy sauce powder and salt. This quantity is fairly large so I tend to use only 1/2 the seasoning(the other 1/2, I make a Soup and have with rusk), quite a good amount of chopped vegetables in it.
The nutritive value mentioned on the packet per 100 grams - Protein 10.16 g, Cholestrol 0, Dietary fibre 5.57g, Iron 13.81 mg, Sodium 1.282g, Sugar 3.33g and Energy 485 kcal.
We love Patanjali Atta Noodles as a whole Meal or whenever hungry instead of ordering food from outside- very satisfying and just fills your stomach, and boosts energy levels. With other Noodles we feel so lethargic.
Patanjali Atta Noodles is a must for us every day.I purchase them online from Zopnow and My 247 Market.com as the kirana stores near us do not stock them.
Worth its price, flavor and goodness.
