I recently purchased Pathanjali noodles and was not happy about this product. The first thing I would like to tell is about the name of the noodles - it says atta noodles but if you really look at the ingredients it has got wheat flour as well as refined wheat flour. Refined wheat flour is nothing but Maida which is not good for our health.
Maida just makes you feel heavy and it has no nutritional values.
The next thing I want to tell is about the Sodium content.
There is nothing mentioned about the percentage of sodium used in Pathanjali noodles.
Usually noodles are rich in sodium content and our body requires only about 2400mg of sodium in a day. Too much in take of sodium may make ur tummy bloated and you start feeling heavy. So one must really know the percentage of sodium intake especially if ur diabetic.
The taste and flavors of the noodles also was not good enough so, im not happy with this product.
