Sharing herewith my shopping experience on patanjaliayurved.net which will definitely make you think before shoping on this irresponsible website.
At aishwaryasingh23ment Stage
I have registered myself and have ordered some Patanjali products on Patanjaliayurved.net and made aishwaryasingh23ment of Rs.770/- throgh aishwaryasingh23tm aishwaryasingh23ment Gateway, aishwaryasingh23tm aishwaryasingh23ment gateway have shown me that "aishwaryasingh23ment Was Successfull" however I have not received any order confirmation massage from Patanjaliayurved.net. I have repeated same act again but this time too aishwaryasingh23tm aishwaryasingh23ment gateway have shown me that "aishwaryasingh23ment Was Successful" and received two massages for two aishwaryasingh23ment Attempts from my banker stating that, my Account was debited by Rs.770/- totalling to Rs.1540/-(For 2 Attempts) this time too I have not received any order confirmation massage from Patanjaliayurved.net

I have Mailed my complaint on aishwaryasingh23tm’s customer Care Email ID care@aishwaryasingh23tm.com and they have reverted me with two Order IDs for which I have made aishwaryasingh23ment through them and they asked me contact Patanjali Customer Care for further order details.

I have tried to contact several times to Customer Care on 01334-227444 mentioned on website, but nobody have picked my call, then I have searched another number 01334-240008 patanjali through below link https://customercarephonenumber.in/baba-ramdev-contact-address-phone-number-email-website/
The Person who received my call given me Contact Number of Responsible Person Mr. Piyush( ). I have called Mr. Peeyush but he was not received call for two days but I tried to call him continuously, finally he received my call on third day, I conveyed him my complaint and told him to cancel my 1 order and refund my money. and dispatch Material of another order. He suggested me mail detailed mail on peeyush@patanjaliayurved.org, accordingly I have sent detailed mail to him but mail get bounced back(Failed).
Login on Patnjaliayurved.net
At the Time of account registration I have received mail on my registered email ID that, my account was now registered with them(Attching Mail Received from Patanjali). After day of placing of an order when I tried to login my account with registered email ID, the system shown that, My account is not registered with them.
What I get?
I have not received my ordered material nor refund of my money. I didn’t get anything from Patanjali, What I have lost is my money on order and calling them and my valuable time.
What I want to Tell
I don’t have any complain with Patanjali products but have regarding their online store website i.e. patnajliayurved.net. I suggest all of you to follow followingsteps before placing your order on patnjaliayurved.net
1) Kindly check your account is properly registered or not by doing logout and login again.
2) Call on Patanjali Customer care No. 01334-227444(Just to check whether they are entertaining you or not)
3) Now decide on your own, whether to place an order on not? afterall it’s your money.
