Bel known for good for stomach due to more fiber.generally Bel comes in market in summer session.but BABA RAMDEV made Bel murabba for all session.although many company also provide bel murabba.but patanjali gives different taste and flavor like natural test.i consume it on my friend suggestion.from that time it made me crazy.i consume it on interval basis with some taste change.time time I purchase ammla candy and some time Bel murabba.it is awesome product from patanjali.my recommendation we must purchase.those people has constipation problem, they must use this product.it is totally neutral .there is no harm effect of it.
