I bought 500g Patanjali Ghee last month and I am not satisfied with the quality of this ghee.
This ghee doesnt even smells like other ghee.
Foods cooked in this ghee is not that tasty and it gave a different aroma.
Unlike other desi ghee like Amul, Patanjali is sticky. But after a few days it became hard and produced an unpleasant smell. So, I stopped using this ghee.
Instead of using this ghee, I would suggest other desi ghee like Amul or home made ghee.
