One another benefit witch I had with this I take this ghee one tea spoon after adding in sweet milk it is a very effective in removal of constipation.it work as a lubricant in BADI AANT and if your stomach has no problem in it then all body perform there task properly and one more thing is COW GHEE helps in making good cholesterol in body and it helps removal of extra fat from your body. I reduced 3 kg wait by using this product in evening but you should not take any meal after 5 p.m. just you have this GHEE with one glass milk and take some fruits or green salad etc.
