Cow's Desi ghee and not Desi Cow's ghee

Compared to other ghee available in market this may be considered better. Taste is Ok; texture and colour good.

But price of this ghee has increased from Rs.450/litre to 530/litre in a few months due to the heavy demand. Food cooked in this ghee is tasting normal(not as good as Desi ghee).

Very important point is its cover shows a desi cow with a hump and name also indicates desi. But if carefully analyzed they are not claiming it to be ghee of desi cow. They are typing "cow’s desi ghee"- "Made in India" in a different language!

So ghee is edible; but if you really want healthy desi ghee which is very much equal to nectar when consumed hot, this is not the one.
