The brand itself is not enough to satisfy a coustomer needs if they dont give you real product. Many manufacturers make artificial honey by sugar syrups, corn syrups, molases, dextrose and other flavours.
I bought pantanjali honey last time and found that it was little too sweet, so just to make sure I put a few test to make sure the honey was real.
First test- I took a glass of water and added a tablespoon of honey. I stir the honey and found it dissolved in water. If it was real honey then it would settle down in water.
Second test- I took a matchstick and dipped in honey. I found that when I was trying to light up the matchstick but it didnt lit. If the honey was real then it would burn without any problem, as real honey doesnot contain moisture.
So I want you all to test the honey before eating it, so that you might know if you are eating the real product or a fake one.
