I am one of the customers who loves patanjali products and have been using its alovera gel and scrub since 2 years. Recently, i gave a try to its kesh kanti shampoo. And to my surprise, this time i wasnt pleased enough with its results. Patanjali has maintained a great standard till now for me, but after using this shampoo, i felt a bit dissapointed.
> Firstly, i oil my hair before wash. So when i used this shampoo, it wasnt able enough to completly wash off the oil from my hair.
> Secondly, it made my hair kind a hard and rough. It made my hair lose their silkiness.
> Thirdly, it dries out your hair. It makes your hair less nourished and dried which causes more hair fall.
> Lastly, i didnt liked its fragnance at all. It smells as if some kind of medicine is being put to hair which makes you feel not too fresh even after a proper bath.
Overall, i am not very pleased with this product from patanjali.
