The Healthiest Marie

I am buying this biscuit from a long time. Before it I was buying Marie of other brands. But now I prefer this brand as it is made of whole wheat and not maida like other brands. Let me share my experience with this biscuit.

  • This biscuit contains many nutrients like fiber, protein, fat, carbohydrate. It has a very less fat and sugar level. It gives you a good calories which is much healthier.

  • It mostly contains fiber which helps in balance cholesterol level, control blood sugar levels, and helps in achieving healthy weight.

  • It also contains a reasonable quantity of protein which is very useful in the growth of cells and functioning of our body.

  • It has a limited quantity of fat. Most biscuits contains a high quantity of fat which is very harmful for health. So, it must be preferred.

  • Contains sufficient quantity of carbohydrates, which is the main source of energy. Its sugar level is also limited.

  • I may consider this biscuit as a alternative for Roti, as it contains whole wheat. Though it should not replace it but good for a snack.

  • This is best suited for every age group. It is one of the healthiest biscuit available in the Indian market.

  • However it does not have a rich taste, but good to take it with tea. Comes in much lesser price. Go for it.
