So I am going to share my review on my most favorite breakfast food Patanjali Oats.I use patanjali oats in my breakfast regularly from last 1.5 - 2 years. It comes in 200gm & 500 gm packs.Regularly I take 1.5 cup serving which may approximately 85 - 100 gms. in weight.Its 100 gms.(Raw Oats) gives you 413 calorie energy and Saying about its nutrition values it gives 12 gms. protein and 70.85 gms of carbohydrates and also other ingridients like Iron, Fiber, etc.As it contains almost no sugar or cholesterol its a healthier breakfast for all. Its taste is really great and becomes awesome when add almonds and raisins to it as I do. You can also add fruits to them and can make so many types of recipes of it. Remember one thing that I write this review on patanjali plain oats, because there is also patanjali masala oats or any flavoured oats so they are different by nutritional values and not healthier for us and also cost is twice of that plain oats.So I suggest to use plain oats to any one of any age group as a healthier food for him/her.
