Dear frnzz.i have been regular users since last one year.you can use it in the morning breakfasts.it maintains energy throughout the day.the day should start by eating heigh fiber content.it is also quite good in taste.it can be used in breakfast for all people off all ages.THE MOST IMPORTANT THING-ive reduced my weight to 5 kg without any avoiding.this is absolutely right reduces cholesterol levels.even if you are obese it is also used to lose weight.
