Guys please never book from " Patel Packers and Movers "@ 09167649137. I have booked to transport my household things from Mumbai to Delhi. Firstly they don’t have there transportation and have given my boxes to third party " GATI" transport . Secondly it was a delayed service as it took 8 days, though 4 days time was given to me to deliver the boxes.
Most important thing is that I have received my TV totally damaged in the box. And they are not ready to accept there mistake of mis-handelling it. Also another box is re-packed by gati transport by there own tapes after it was damaged on the way from mumbai-delhi . Even though I have taken insurance against if any damaged is done then I can claim for it . " Mr Sanjay " @+919223266411 representative of Patel Packers and movers has charged me extra amount of 2400 RS for the insurance in case of any damage to the boxes. But later when I have received the papers it says" claim can be done in case of road accident or fire in truck "
They are the cheaters and just to earn money, they give wrong information to the customers to make extra money.
Never book them to transport your boxes.
