I have taken goods from Mumbai to Bangalore and I have my bad experience.The group is manned by discourteous and fraudulent people.Please go through my story of hardship.
I had contacted Anand Patel marketing executive. He took the full payment and assured me that goods will be delivered in three days. He did not give the truck no and also the drivers mobile no. after three days I did not get my goods and he also did not call me.
In evening when I called several times he gave me excuse that his truck is met with an accident so he has to repair it. For two days he did not receive my call. Their national call no. also did not bother to respond properly one lady talked rudely to me and avoided the issue. When I asked for the drivers no they did not give me. During this period I was not sure that whether I will get the goods.
On 12th day and they send my goods in another truck along with goods of seven other persons.My goods are damaged and packet is also missing.I have to arrange for unloading.
