I live in Delhi. I’ve came to know about this organization from one of my friends when my US VISA got rejected. My friend told me that these consultants have a VISA success rate of 100%, so I thought to give it a try. I got their phone no. from their website i.e. mypathfinders.com and I’ve called them up and told them that my f1 visa has got rejected. Krishnamurthy who is the director of this dubious organization told me "don’t worry, u will get you VISA, u just come to our office and enroll first". I told him that Chandigarh is very far away, can’t you just guide me on the phone. He told me "no, don’t worry, your VISA will be done, just come to chandigarh". It was like a ray of hope for me so I packed my bag and VISA file and left for chandigarh.
When I reached their office there was some receptionist, I told her that I came from Delhi to meet Mr. Krishnamurthy, before anything she just asked me to pay the fees that is 7500 rupees. And after that she allowed me to meet that avaricious man Krishnamurthy. He started praising himself that he is a member of FAFSA, very experienced, we have a perfect VISA success rate(as they have mentioned on their website) and he started pretending that he has links in US embassy. He just took my interview 2-3 times and said that "good, u will get your VISA, just practice more for interview. I’ll be in touch with you on phone and video chat”. I asked him if I need to stay for some more sessions. He said “no, everything is done, I’ll take your mock interviews on phone". I thanked him and left for Delhi. After that, when I tried to call him, he never came on phone. I have called him like 30 times in 4 days and he just came on phone like once or twice. He dint even take my single mock interview after that.
On the D day, i.e when my VISA got refused again, I called him and told him that my VISA got refused. He told me to wait till evening and after that I have called him around 50 times in 2 days and he dint even bothered to talk to me. 3rd day when I called him he co-incidentally pick up the phone. I asked him what to do now. He started blaming me for everything. He said" I’ve told you not to go for this course in this university. You haven’t prepared for the interview properly, you should have came to me earlier as we cannot do anything in a single day". I replied “Then you should have told this to me earlier. Why did u ask me to come to Chandigarh then, and also, you have written your success rate of 100% on your website, what about that?”He said “If I would have guaranteed you VISA, then I would have charged Rs 5 lakhs not 7500". He also told me that all of his clients are rejected in their VISA interview today. Then why the hell is his success rate still 100% on his website even if I consider myself to be his first client to be denied a VISA.
I was feeling devastated but I can’t do anything about that. I will advice you all to not to go to such dubious consultant with such fake promises. Also government should keep track of the false statements published on their website.
