Pattaya is almost 2 hours drive from Suvarnambhumi Airport. If you wish, you can take a bus service or cab facility from Airport itself. On the booking Counter, you have to show your hotel details well in advance so that they will make your travel safe & locate your hotel. It will cost arounf 250 bhatt per person through bus and the bus journey is also very comfortable. If you want to enjoy privacy, you can take cab service, which will cost you around 1600 bhatt.
Pattay is good choice for couple and staying near Walking street will be good if you enjoy boozing. If you have kids, please avoid Walking street.
