I travelled by Paulo Travels from Goa to Bangalore on 12-Oct-2011 and I dont recommend this sleeper couch to any one. Please find below my experience
Negative:
1. The Bus is late by 1 hour from the planned time i.e., suppose to be at 8:30 pm and bus arrived at 9:30 pm.
2. There are no blankets.
3. There are around 45 sleeper berths and very little place to walk. In fact I am surprised to see 45 berths in single bus.
4. A/C didn’t work in middle of journey and driver realised there is some issue and tried to fix it. The bus halted for more than an hour midnight. Due to suffocation my 3 yr old son couldnt sleep and we had to sit out side for an hour.
5. When there was repair going on I taken a closer look at the bus and realised there is no safe exit in case of emergency. This is what I am scared off as I dont see any way people can come out at all in case of emergency, as most of the place is occupied by births with little place to move around. I see great danger for lower berth people as there is no way they can come out. ***
5. The Bus was late to Bangalore by 3 hours
Positive:
1. Even though there is crowed the tour operator was helpfull in identifying bus
2. During the repair time in midnight there was one more same travels "Poulo" bus n helped in speeding the fix time within an 1 hour. If that was not fixed then the journey would have been still worse.
I personally dont suggest to travel by this bus .
