Paulo travels bus made a 12 hour journey from goa to pune into a 20 hour journey. 2 buses had to be changed due to mechanical problems in the buses, and the 3 rd bus did not provide drop at the required destination.
This bus service cannot be relied upon. If possible avoid travelling by paulo travels buses. Also the interior condition of the bus was not good. In short this bus service cannot be relied upon if you have to reach your destination in time. This bus service does not even deserve 1 star due to the terrible travel experience.
