The pavana lake is the one of the biggest lake in lonvala. It is famous for its beauty and amazing view. It is about 10mi from lonavala city. You can access via vehicles two wheeler or bikes. I have been there around 3times and its amazing being there. I hope you will enjoy being there. It’s the place of peace, water, sunset view. It is also famous for dam named as pavana dam.
The way to the pavana goes from lonavala only so, it becomes more easy to enjoy local sightseeing like view from the mountain to the lake. Dam is also place to wander. Horse ride is provided near lake. Peacock can be seen on the way to lake. Sunset view from lake is interesting. The sound of water coming to the shores is amazing and sitting there is very interesting.
Hotels and accommodation are good available and provided in the city lonavala. Resorts and hotels at high prices are also available near pavana. They are all luxurious resorts with good hospitality.
Here precautions are better than cure. Taking precautions before anything happens is good for us. It’s the place of water, sometimes level is good in seasons like rain it is at top level where it is closed sometime. If you are visiting in the month from june to september, it’s sludge everywhere. Roads at this point are not good. So going for fun and enjoyment till june and end of september is good to go.
