I believe paypoint is a service offered to make people fool as they come across it and subscribe its services or agency. Paypoint’s whole across offerings are like jumping in a dam. It offers lots of services at affordable cost. But here comes the big bash, The web portal is less secure, mobile app is third class does not having dynamic outlooks and functions. Agents suffer from lots of inconvenience in working with its website and all. The customer support team is less worthy and nor committed as what they ensure! I think overall it will take lot of time if they do not update their standards as market seeks. Currently Paypoint India services are worst I must say.
