The biggest drawback with this site is that it’s down most of the times. I’m unable to login to the website since last 2-3 months. They keep on disabling my account and I had to write them an email to activate it again. And by the time they reply to your email, your account has already been activated. So they say, "We looked into it and found no problem with your account." And since last few months the site has been facing so called "server issues." My total earned points are much larger than what appears in My Account section. They keep on saying that their technical team is working on it.
Another major flaw with this program is that if you opt to redeem your point on any associated merchant online and suppose transaction gets failed or you decided not to go with this order, you don’t have any way to cancel or reward applied.
The points will be redeemed and you can’t use it again unless a few weeks are over.
I would suggest ICICI bank to change their reward partner.
