Payback is the worst loyalty program one could dream of. They are such cheaters that they won’t credit your account, with the points u earned by shopping on online sites like Makemytrip, Jabong, Myntra etc.
Other than that, they don’t provide details of the points that are credited to your account.
I personally have lost about 800 points on makemytrip transaction, 390 points on myntra transaction and many more points in the past when I didn’t use to track.
When I mailed them with transaction details they bluntly replied that they are 60 days old and u have to wait. I waited and waited but points never came in my account. I wonder how big names like HPCL, ICICI bank etc are associated with it. This payback is jeopardizing their credibility also.
Only one advice to these frauds, better start doing business in fair way otherwise someday this company will be standing in consumer courts.
