They display some good products, but when we redeem they send us really useless stuff.
Once they displayed a good branded women’s wallet. I ordered that, but when I got it it was not the same branded wallet, also the design of the wallet was also useless.
Next time I ordered a wireless headphone, was not able to use it even once.
I ordered a Pigeon Handi(check attachment). In the website picture they had displayed a mid-sized handi. When I received it, I was shocked to see such a small sized handi. It can’t be used for any cooking except may be re-heating. It is so small. It will not even be worth Rs.300, but they had stated the price as Rs.800+ and have taken 3600 points for it. This way they are taking away more points also .
The products are not worth the points. I am still holding the payback card, Now a days I don’t opt to redeem any products in their website. Instead I redeem it as vouchers and use them. This seems to work out better.
