It’d been almost 3 years since I created an account in PayPal and got all the verifications done and had a pleasant time in receiving money. A few months back , my account was blocked and when I enquired them for the reason of blocking , all I came to know that I have used another card to transact. Seriously ?
Also the money which I had in PayPal will also be releases after 180 days. Literally half an year. Why ? That’s my own money and I have to wait for half an year to get to my hand ? Ridiculous.
Well , the point here is very clear. Since my bank did not allow international transactions , I had to use my friend’s card to pay. They hold this as a reason and blocked my account.
When I called them back again to confirm if it is stupidity , PayPal told me that these are handled according to RBI rules and we cannot further let you use PayPal anymore. All I could say IS, PAYPAL SUCKS IN INDIA. The other countries have an advantage with PayPal and we , in India have so many idiotic rules and regulations that would never let someone get an ease of services.
PayPal doesn’t value customers as it has millions of users and losing one customer is not a problem at all to them. Keep it up.
