On a Rapid Decline

Recently, I subscribed to Netflix. When my trial was over I decided to subscribe and used Paypal as my chosen method of payment. Paypal would not honor the subscription. I made several phone calls and even cancelled my subscription to Netflix, only to open a second account and try again, but Paypal flagged my account as a high risk… (for $8 bucks!)

Several attempts to resolve this and I was told it’s the computers fault and nothing could be done to resolve my issue. I sent a note in a Paypal survey asking that a supervisor contact me and my request went unanswered. This used to be a valuable company and as of late, I have nothing good to say about it. I am currently looking for alternative methods to pay for online purchases as Paypal is no longer worthy of this privileged. My suggestion is to have an honest payment company and if you must….

ONLY if you must, use Paypal as a secondary answer. They no longer care about their customers, can’t resolve simple issues and their supervisors choose to disregard and ignore complaints. Be very aware. This company has seen better days and is on it’s way down…. WAY DOWN!
