Almost a year back or so, I opened an account in PayPal.com. I followed all the required procedures. First of all my email was verified. Then I registered my bank account details along with the details of my credit card too. Then if I remember correctly, Rupees 64 was debited to my credit card immediately and then reversed back in a few minutes. Then I was prompted that my account was active. But afterwards when I opened my PayPal account, it displayed that my email was not verified and then I initiated the process. But no information was available in my email. I tried to do it several times, still it continued to display the same message on my PayPal account. Somewhat around four months back, I transferred USD 50 from my Saybucks account to my PayPal account and it was displayed that transfer was successful and the money would be credited in 10 days. Since then it is already more than four months and nothing has been transferred to my PayPal account. I am absolutely confused with this website and feel that I lost USD 50.
