PAYPAL offers good service and support it is my personal experience that if you have invested on a website and you does not receive investment return then paypal will help you to get back that money .information department is also trusted department in paypal. content timeliness is also good but design and usability was better in previous version of paypal .website load time is more in the present version of paypal.the present version is somewhat complicated to use, it is not user friendly.
