This is regarding the Complaint of payportal machine which is available in Unitech Cyber Park(Tower B), Gurgaon.
Would like to inform you that I was trying to pay my Vodafone bill via your Tower B Machine, but when I inserted my 500.rs into that then I did not get any response neither receipt not output on screen and my bill has not been submitted too. I have also registered my complaint on customer care complaint no: 15.
I had also words with your customer care executive#
a) First of all customer care executive name is Sanjay Kumar and talked very rudely.
b) He said team did not collect any 500 amount.
c) Declined to help further
d) feedback link of Payportal site is not working
e) He said I am lying I would like to inform all of one, please don’t use this machine because they are simply doing FRAUD.
