I receive an email from IIFL Legal Notice to paid the pending amount, I feel looted by Paysense and for such bad institution who keep doing false commitment should be close and As in my case I already accelerated the same issue and multiple time I call Paysense Delhi as well Mumbai team that I don’t have any EMI pending in my account and it’s showing NIL and close, the same will be communicated by Aarti, Venky Delhi team mobile number+91 99110 80445, Praveen Mumbai department Paysense+91 98339 68959, they said my account is close and don’t worry about it we will send you closing mail from last two months they are keeping fake promises . I am going to report this issue to RBI for such banking institutes for giving false commitment to customers, I multiple time said if any payments pending I will pay but they keep saying “ no worries your ac is close and you don’t have to pay anything “ Now I received legal notice what should I do, I am in the middle of nowhere and feels looted by Paysense!
Going to complain against Paysense for legal, as I am in depressing situation and much worried from the false commitment given by Paysense Officials, raising on every platform until the action is taken.
