Paytm is the one of the best company in online market. Paytm provide shopping with its two apps, paytm and mall. No doubt both apps are good and provide good services. But mall is the biggest mistake of paytm. In this section I discussed the usefulness of mall app. Why this app is not useful, this is due to the following.
1)- Same Product
Both app have same product. So why we waste our time on both app. One app is sufficient for everyone. And one of the funniest joke is, if you buy any product on any one app, then it automatically connects to another app’s cart. What’s the type of service paytm is offering to its customers. Both apps offer the same sale and same discount.
2)- Almost same functionality
If we leave banking service and some other services both app are provide almost same functionality. Both app provide shopping, mobile recharge and etc. This is not expected from a company such as paytm.
3)- Same layout
When I used both apps then nothing new was found. Both app look like same, inner layout of the apps are similar.
Paytm needs to change its services, and to separate both apps with its services. An app provides banking and other services and another provide shopping services, that is good. At present both apps look like sloppy.
